Due to family history of High Cholesterol and cholesterol related issues my GP was keen to see me be put onto a lifetime of prescribed medication due to the steady increase of my cholesterol levels. This news really shocked and frightened me, I was not at all comfortable with the thought of being on this sort of medication and the side effects.   I immediately got on the phone to Lynda who calmed me down instantly and assured me with the right diet and supplements we could get my Cholesterol level down to an acceptable level that my GP would be happy with.
