Naturopath and Acupuncturist:  

  • Diploma of Naturopathy (South Pacific College)  and Diploma of Acupuncture (Auckland Acupuncture College).
  • Member of the New Zealand Registered Acupuncturists society (MNZRA)
  • BA in Psychology (Auckland University)

Lynda  has been in full time practice as a naturopath and registered acupuncturist for twenty three years.  Specialising in  woman's health, she has helped thousands of women return to optimum health and wellbeing, through the gentle, drug free combination of naturopathy and acupuncture.

 She has been/currently is :
  • At the forefront of the natural health movement in New Zealand
  • Tirelessly promoting self-help and natural healing through her prolific career as a writer, educator and public speaker. 
  • A highly respected health columnist for several publications in both New Zealand and Australia, 
  • Author of the health books for women;  "Be Well Naturally" and "Well-Being".

Lynda is the recipient of the 2008 NZ Health Industry Distinguished Service Award in recognition of outstanding contribution to natural health as author, journalist and public speaker.
