I made an appointment to see Lynda after I had been diagnosed with Shingles. The Shingles rash appeared on my face and neck and I was lacking in energy. Lynda recommended a course of Chinese Herbal Medication and a series of Acupuncture treatments. Within a few weeks the eruptions had fully presented themselves and showed signs of healing. My energy levels returned to normal. I did not experience severe pain or after effects from the Shingles and scarring has been minimal.    Lynda recommended suitable skincare products that could be used externally to help reduce scarring and dryness.
