Returns
Should an exchange or refund be required, please return the goods to us in their original unused condition and packaging with proof of purchase within 14 days of purchase.
Upon receiving the item, we will refund your nominated credit card (within 5 working days) for the price you paid for the product. We will not refund the delivery costs relating to the return of a non-faulty product.
If we inspect the product and deem it to be faulty, we will refund both the price you paid for the product and the delivery costs. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods returned are deemed to be damaged or tampered with.
