Lynda has helped me get my health back. Prior to seeing
her I was constantly fatigued and exhausted occasionally having to spend
the whole weekend in bed in order to have enough recuperate for the
following week. I have had typhoid, glandular fever in my teens and an
emotional two years which had left me feeling completely drained. After

I initially went to see Lynda on
a recommendation from a friend to assist with fertility. However during
our first consultation I realised Lynda was an expert in many areas of
woman’s health and would be able to assist with multiple other health
complaints I had started to experience such as, heavy painful periods,
migraine and bowel difficulties. Lynda was very caring and empathic and quickly had a
treatment plan ready for me combining acupuncture and naturopathy and
Chinese medicine. I saw Lynda weekly and after the first session noticed
a complete absence of migraines and completely regular bowels for the
first time in 20 years! I continued to see Lynda weekly and did not have
a reoccurrence of migraines after experiencing severe migraines
frequently for much of my life. I wished I had discovered Acupuncture

Due to family history of High
Cholesterol and cholesterol related issues my GP was keen to see me be
put onto a lifetime of prescribed medication due to the steady increase
of my cholesterol levels. This news really shocked and frightened me, I
was not at all comfortable with the thought of being on this sort of
medication and the side effects. I immediately got on the phone to Lynda who calmed me
down instantly and assured me with the right diet and supplements we
could get my Cholesterol level down to an acceptable level that my GP

I was diagnosed with
breast cancer in 2005 and subsequently had a bilateral
mastectomy.
My recovery from surgery was slow and I also

My two children both started getting really bad migraines
when they were about 13 years old. There is a strong family history of
life long migraines and I was determined to alter this pattern. A friend
told me that she had had success going to Lynda for acupuncture and I
took my two children along. She was very good with them and in the last
10 years they have had only a couple of migraines each, compared to

diagnosed with cancer and needed surgery to remove a large tumour. Lynda

I made an
appointment to see Lynda after I had been diagnosed with
Shingles. The Shingles rash
appeared on my face and neck and I was lacking in
energy. Lynda recommended a
course of Chinese Herbal Medication and a series of Acupuncture
treatments. Within a few weeks
the eruptions had fully presented themselves and showed signs of
healing. My energy levels
returned to normal. I did not
experience severe pain or after effects from the Shingles and scarring
has been minimal.
Lynda recommended suitable skincare

Lynda has been
my solution to medications and discomfort for
years.
My
consultations with Lynda began a few years’ ago when my doctor recommended I
stopped taking the contraceptive pill, which had been regulating my hormonal
levels and controlling associated severe hormonal
headaches. After many years of
being symptom free I was reluctant to ‘let go’ of the pill as I knew the
symptoms would return. It was
suggested that the symptoms would be managed by other
medications.
Due to my
hesitancy to take other medications, I sought a holistic natural
approach. I began regular
